Job Description
Timesavers LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team 1st shift, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and sub-assembling mechanical components of machinery. You will work from blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure that all parts fit and align according to specifications.

Since 1946, we have partnered with industries worldwide to create custom solutions that improve material finishing processes, increase productivity, and reduce waste. We specialize in delivering advanced finishing products for woodworking, metalworking, and other manufacturers, ensuring superior performance and personalized customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Completely assembles all mechanical components on machinery as assigned.
- Assembles or sub-assembles special machinery as assigned.
- Must be able to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and follow job orders to adjust, fit, and align machine tolerances.
- Performs testing and inspection of completed units to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve assembly issues.
- Assists in the testing and quality review of the machines prior to shipping.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2-year vocational certification.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and written instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Long periods of standing, stooping, crouching, bending, and kneeling.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to see inspection work, read blueprints, and interpret job orders
- Occasional exposure to high or precarious places.
- Constant use of basic tools to adjust and assemble machines.
