Position Title:  Accounting Coordinator

Requirements / Who we are looking for: 

• Previous experience in accounting, billing, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information.
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: 

• Generate accounts receivable invoices and prepare them for mailing.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly statements and related correspondence.
• Manage intercompany billing for Facility to Field Services.
• Support assigned journal entries and ad hoc accounting requests.
• Assist in audits, special projects, and annual budget activities.
• Continuously develop accounting skills through training and applied experience.
