Personal Injury Paralegal

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our growing personal injury firm. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while providing exceptional client service and support to our attorneys.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers to obtain and manage case information.

· Assist attorneys with case evaluation and development of pre-litigation strategy.

· Gather, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and other supporting documentation.

· Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files within the firm’s case management system.

· Provide general administrative assistance including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing attorney calendars.

· Support team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow and timely case progression.

· Experience with case management software is preferred

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
