Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Travel Surgical Technologist (CST) Green Bay, WI

Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week 5 x 8-hour day shifts

Position Overview

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a 13-week travel assignment in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Join a dynamic surgical team in a well-equipped facility and support patient care across a variety of surgical specialties.

What Youll Do

• Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile fields before, during, and after procedures

• Select, configure, and pass surgical instruments to surgeons and OR staff

• Assist with instrument counts and ensure procedural accuracy

• Handle surgical supplies and equipment per facility protocol

• Support the surgical team through efficient, patient-focused performance

Specialty Experience Preferred:

• Robotics: DaVinci Xi

• Plastics, ENT, Urology, GYN, Bariatrics

• Neuro: spine and craniotomies

• Endoscopy and minor vascular procedures

• Orthopedics: total joints (knee, hip, shoulder, ankle)

• Arthroscopy: knee, shoulder, hip, ankle scopes

• Hand and foot surgeries

Qualifications

• Current CST certification from NBSTSA or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years recent surgical tech experience in acute care settings

• Stg understanding of sterile technique and OR workflow

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
