- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field - REQUIRED
- ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography - REQUIRED

- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
- Certifications - don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License - must be eligible and willing to obtain
