💪 What You’ll Do

No two days are ever the same! In this hands-on, rewarding role, you will:

• Provide training, guidance, and support to individuals in areas like daily living skills, recreation, and community participation.
• Assist with day-to-day activities such as meal preparation, personal care, shopping, and medication administration.
• Encourage community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings, supporting work opportunities, or providing transportation.
• Collaborate with our clinical and behavioral teams to help implement personalized care plans.

We’re seeking caring, reliable, and motivated people who want to help others live their best lives.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks
• Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
