Responsibilities

· Demonstrate a passion for design and decorating

· Be willing and able to learn new skills and processes

· Maintain access to reliable transportation for commuting and customer visits

· Be flexible and open with work availability

· Learn and execute company operating systems

· Provide excellent oral communication and possess good handwriting

· Display professionalism, dependability, accountability, and punctuality

· Be self-motivated and driven to excel daily

· Stay organized and manage multiple deadlines

Qualifications

· At least 2 years of sales experience (required)

· Associate degree (preferred)

· Valid TN Driver’s License (required)

· Residence in or willingness to work in Knoxville, TN (preferred)

· Retail sales experience is a plus

Compensation

· Job Types: Full-time, Commission, with Bonuses

· Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
