Essential Job Duties:The purpose of the project/s on which the candidate will work is to visit and assess food labs for safety and sanitation in North Carolina. Candidate will complete detailed documentation of food labs after assessment visits and also provide additional learning resources to support food labs. On a broader scale, the candidate will assist team members occasionally with extension program efforts focused on consumer food safety.
