Call requirements - No call after 1500 no call on the weekends Hospital: Regional Hospital Location: Terre Haute S 7th street Unit Name: Cath Lab Building: Cost General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds :2 Patient Ratios :1 patient Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Type of equipment : Philips room and GE room Documentation Scheduling requirements: M-F 7-1530 call M 0700 to following M 0700 Floating policy: Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS, ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: CV tech in cath lab Must have: Advanced skills needed: rad tech with CV specialty Procedures performed on unit: L and R heart cath, Pacemakers, PCI, Peripheral, minimal IR (ports, perms, chole tube) Certifications Required: Dress Code: (Required uniform) Uniform provided by hospital Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
