Press Operator - Now Hiring

Our client in Siren, is seeking a 3rd Shift Press Operator to join their team. As a Press Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting quality assurance and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range:  $17/hr

Shift:  3rd Shift, 9p-7:30a (Mon-Thur)

What's the Job?

• Operate plastic injection molding machines following standard procedures
• Perform visual inspections on plastic components to ensure quality standards
• Package finished products in accordance with packaging plans
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience/plastic injection molding preferred
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and memos in English
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and accuracy
