Seeking a Substitute Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide health services coverage within school settings. The professional in this role ensures a safe, supportive environment conducive to student learning and wellness.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Deliver first-aid, medication administration, and emergency interventions for students as needed.

• Monitor and assist students with chronic health conditions and follow prescribed care plans.

• Keep accurate health documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with district procedures.

• Support infection control, hygiene education, and preventive health initiatives.

• Coordinate with supervising nurses and school administrators regarding significant health concerns.

• Cover various campuses and maintain professionalism across assignments.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.

• Experience in pediatric, clinic, or school health settings preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to respond to health emergencies quickly and calmly.

• Completion of all required PA clearances including fingerprints.

• Reliable transportation and flexibility for travel between sites.
