Schedule: Day Shift Full Time

Key Responsibilities: Design and lead initiatives to expand pharmacy operations across telemedicine and B2B/B2B2C markets, ensuring strategies align with overall business goals to enhance efficiency, increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve performance. Provide comprehensive training, support, and documentation for pharmacy staff to facilitate adoption of new technologies, workflows, and best practices. Oversee the full lifecycle of technical solutions from requirements gathering to deployment, testing, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Possession of a clear and active Pharmacist license in New Jersey. Minimum of 8 years experience in pharmacy practice, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in pharmacy operations including mail order services, telehealth, or B2B pharmacy models.
