SIGN ON BONUS OF$1000 FOLLOWING 6 MONTHS OF FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT Must be flexible with scheduling. Current open shifts are Sunday-Thursday. Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as: • A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers • A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe • The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality • The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests • Reliable • Be able to read, write, and speak English • Must be 16 years old • Experience preferred but not required.
