POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications
- Set up new customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer databases
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Email monthly statements
- Answer calls
- Assist with AR

- Proficiency in computer systems and databases
- Strong clerical skills
- Inventory management
- Experience with computerized systems for data collection and entry
