A Day in the Life

Forget the boring, cookie-cutter restaurant routine. As an Assistant Manager, you'll help open or close the store "the Ole way," lead a team of 20 energetic crew members, and keep the good vibes rolling all day long. You'll spend your time:

• Engaging with customers and making their day brighter

• Supporting and developing Shift Managers and Team Members

• Keeping operations running smoothly - from food prep to cash handling

• Managing scheduling, training, and team motivation

• Jumping in to make sure everything looks, tastes, and runs great

Your schedule will typically range 35–40 hours per week with shifts like 6:30 am–2:00 pm, 11:00 am–7:00 pm, or 2:00 pm–10:30 pm. We understand work-life balance matters - we'll help you find a rhythm that fits your life.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the Restaurant Manager to:

• Maintain efficient, profitable daily operations

• Plan schedules, manage budgets, and oversee inventory

• Hire, train, and coach top-tier team members

• Ensure every meal meets our quality and safety standards

• Lead with energy, confidence, and a "let's make it happen" attitude

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant supervisory experience (management preferred)

• A passion for great food and customer service

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
