What You’ll Do

• Be the technical backbone for our HVAC service department.

• Build and deliver hands-on and classroom training that helps techs win.
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide coaching that improves performance.
• Create training materials, videos, and SOPs that raise the standard.
• Ensure ServiceTitan documentation and photo quality are best-in-class.
• Support a culture of Right-the-First-Time work and continuous improvement.

What It Takes

• Master-level HVAC knowledge — diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and install.
• Strong communicator and coach — you can teach what you know.
• Physically capable of demonstrating work in the field.
• Preferred: NATE, EPA, or advanced certifications.
• Proven track record of training, coaching and developing
• Bonus points: Experience training teams using Nexstar’s Service Systems or Training Mastery.
