Prep Shop Tech

• Preparation of parts & weldments for installation - Paint, cleanup, and rust remediation.
• Wiring and lighting installation, and assembly of weldment parts.
• Use of basic hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices.
• Transporting of parts to and from their own work center via forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic Inventory tasks to maintain accurate counts and job costs
• Perform Self-Quality Assurance checks to look for defects or other quality issues, in accordance with set company standards.
• Follow work orders and working instructions, both verbal and written.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and neat throughout the day and cleaning up work area at the end of each day.

Education and/or Experience:
