What you will be doing:

• Service, maintenance and repair on Commercial and Industrial HVAC systems, Boilers and Chillers etc.
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients

Pay Scale: Union Pay

Schedule:

• Monday Through Friday
• 7:00am to 4:00pm
• Full-Time
• Overtime available

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 1 year + of HVAC Commercial Service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Follow all Safety Rules
• Rooftop service and maintenance experience
• RTU experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions both verbal and written
• Ability to diagnose, repair and provide preventative maintenance on a wide range of commercial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Air balancing principles, techniques and diagnostics
• Customer Service Skills
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
