Join Our Growing Women's Health Team

Ascension Saint Thomas McMinnville Women's Health is seeking a board–certified OB/GYN physician to join our established practice in Tennessee's scenic mid–state region. This full–time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive women's healthcare in a supportive rural community setting with cutting–edge technology—our hospital recently invested in a new Da Vinci robot for GYN and surgical cases. As part of a three–hospital system, we provide seamless access to advanced NICU and maternal care services at our sister facilities when needed, and proudly deliver more babies than any other healthcare system in middle Tennessee.

Practice Overview Our collaborative team includes one full–time certified nurse midwife in the clinic as well as performing deliveries and dedicated laborist support in the hospital. We provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services at Ascension Saint Thomas River Park Hospital, a 125–bed facility featuring six modern birthing suites and four dedicated gynecological beds in our Women's Center.

Position Highlights

• Full–time opportunity in an established rural practice
• Comprehensive care: Perform testing, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of women's health conditions
• Obstetric Services: Provide prenatal care, delivery services, and postpartum care
• Gynecological Services: Comprehensive Medical Care including both routine preventative care and the diagnosis and treatment of conditions and diseases for women from puberty through menopause
• Surgical Services: Minimally invasive surgery in both an outpatient and inpatient setting, as well as major gynecological surgeries
• Patient counseling: Offer medical guidance and support to women across all life stages
