Service Manager - Commercial Plumbing & Mechanical Services

The Opportunity

This is a chance to step into a leadership role and build a growing part of our business. You’ll oversee all service operations, manage customer relationships, and develop processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day service operations for commercial clients (primarily school districts).
• Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted point of contact.
• Oversee service contracts, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and renewals.
• Support and mentor service technicians to deliver excellent results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the division.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or commercial service operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage people and processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly.
• Comfortable with service management software and reporting tools.
• Former Sales experience in related Plumbing, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical services a plus.
