Residential Construction Technician – Residential (Residential HVAC experience preferred)

We are seeking a motivated Residential Construction Technician (HVAC experience a plus) for new home construction  to join our team! In this role, you will be getting new home construction projects ready and prepared for inspections. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and working in a team environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and follow job specifications, blueprints, and safety requirements.

• Ensure all installations meet state and local building codes.

• Work safely with tools, materials, and compressed gases.

• Keep accurate job records and reports.

• Travel to job sites as scheduled (company vehicle provided).

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.

• Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• HVAC installation or construction experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders and in tight spaces.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
