Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Performance Manager to manage and optimize digital marketing channels, driving new customer acquisition at efficient cost-per-account. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat campaigns and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop digital marketing performance channels to drive new customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to meet goals within budget and efficiency parameters.
  • Identify, test, and implement new opportunities in audience segmentation and creative targeting.
  • Collaborate with regional go-to-market teams to translate upcoming campaigns into effective channel strategies.
  • Work closely with external media agencies to plan, review, and optimize media in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive briefing, adaptation, translation, and localization of creative campaigns into audience-specific and channel-relevant assets.
  • Draft and submit creative briefs to internal creative teams, outlining development needs, timelines, and campaign considerations.
  • Serve as the liaison between marketing and creative teams, tracking progress and delivering finalized brand- and legal-approved assets.
  • Partner with media agencies to report on creative asset performance, providing feedback and optimization recommendations to inform future creative work.
  • Collaborate with brand teams on tentpole campaigns to inform future creative toolkits and campaign strategies.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven experience working in marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or fintech marketing.
  • Knowledge of creative adaptation, localization, and transcreation processes.
