About the Role
The Expo ensures every dish leaving the kitchen meets spec—accurate, hot, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize tickets.
• Communicate between BOH and FOH.
• Maintain plating accuracy and speed.

Requirements

• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Prior kitchen or expo experience helpful.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work: weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
