**Seeking a candidate with customer service experience in a manufacturing environment****

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of customized products, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Camarillo, CA, ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, excellent math skills, and a background in medical manufacturing, biopharma, or similar industries. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate product information, pricing, quotes, and delivery timelines. Process orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and courteously. Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to track order status. Run daily open order reports and communicate updates to customers and sales reps. Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system, including resale certificates, W-9s, and other documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer/order issues, including credit holds. Ensure drawings are approved before initiating quotes. Review bills of materials (BoMs) to confirm production capability and cost accuracy. Work with the sales team to ensure margin accuracy and gain approval when needed. Support pre- and post-sales activities and share upselling opportunities. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Stay informed on product features and participate in ongoing training. Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Participate in physical inventory processes.
