About the Role

Join a dynamic team in a food manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and efficiency are top priorities. As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in executing production schedules and maintaining high standards in product quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Package products accurately and efficiently.
• Follow allergen control guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification.
• Perform audits and take corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions in packing and production areas.
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow safety protocols.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Handle ingredients for staging, measuring, and mixing.
• Complete required paperwork to company standards.
• Perform wash area duties and clean utensils/machines.
• Disassemble and set up machines for cleaning.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
• Machine operation and basic HMI experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled, FDA-regulated facility specializing in cookies and bars.
• Loud machinery in operation; frequent walking and standing required.
• Strict safety attire: hair nets, beard nets, fitted clothing.
• Note: Shorts, piercings, nail polish, eyelashes, colognes, and perfumes are not permitted on the production floor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of RIVER FALLS, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
