Contract Administrator

Description

  • Serve as an intermediary between Project Managers (50+) and the Contracts team for hundreds of customer engagements.
  • Review and reference contract documents, framework agreements, and Terms & Conditions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and correct errors in contract documentation and ensure proper alignment with company standards.
  • Support proposal and bid development by ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and track contract status.
  • Engage with customers to obtain missing information or correct data discrepancies.
  • Coordinate internal and external outreach to facilitate contract execution and change orders.
  • Ensure all contracts and change orders are fully executed according to established processes.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts team for escalations involving Terms & Conditions changes.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience in an Administrative role supporting Contracts teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Salesforce Experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
