Quality Auditor - $16/hour
Location: Paris, IL

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Some Saturdays 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join a growing team in Paris, IL! If you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect production parts at first piece set-up and as needed for compliance with engineering specifications
• Audit customer orders to ensure parts meet quality standards and match work order quantities
• Maintain records of audits and document defects; assist management in correcting manufacturing issues
• Evaluate audit findings and provide feedback to operations staff and management
• Assist Operations in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Help develop audit plans and schedules
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
• Assist in training Operations staff to achieve zero-defect quality standards
• Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g., calipers)
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Excellent attendance
• Previous manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• General math skills and proficiency with basic measuring instruments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, ear protection)
