Job Description:

Seeking an experienced MRI Technician to join a high-performing imaging team for a 13-week contract. The technologist will perform MRI procedures using advanced Siemens Aera and Altera 1.5T systems, ensuring precise, high-quality diagnostic imaging and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans in accordance with established safety and imaging protocols.
• Operate Siemens Aera and Altera 1.5T MRI systems.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize workflow and imaging quality.
• Maintain accurate patient and imaging records.
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of MRI equipment and work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required.
• ARRT (MRI) certification required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Proficient with Siemens MRI platforms (Aera & Altera 1.5T).
• Must be able to work 1 major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve).
• No local candidates within 50 miles.
