Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
  • Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient progress and report changes.
  • Perform emergency interventions as required and adhere to protocols.
  • Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
  • Help manage and support the nursing staff and educational opportunities.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical times.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
  • Act as a mentor to new nursing staff to support their development.

1 year of recent ICU Experience

Will consider candidates for MICU/SICU/CSU

Current NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Night (Rotating Weekends)

Sign-On-Bonus : $25K

Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the USA.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality and rights.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
