YOUR ROLE

As Nurse Manager,you'lllead our nursing team while providing exceptional care in our in-patient mental health program.

YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

• Collaborating with Director of Nursing, Medical Director and APRN on client admissions
• Leading the nursing department (LPNs and RNs) with 24/7 coverage
• Partnering with HR on staff development, performance management, and coaching
• Ensuring medication management and patient safety protocols
• Performing nursing assessments of physical, emotional, and cognitive status
• Conducting patient education and therapeutic group sessions
• Participating in QI and Infection Control committees
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for positive treatment outcomes

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE:

• LPN license required (RN preferred) with current unrestricted South Carolina or multi-state license
• 3+ years of nursing leadership experience required
• 3+ years of mental/behavioral health experience required
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills (verbal/written)
• Computer proficiency and documentation abilities
• Adaptability in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environments
• Ability to remain calm during client emergencies
• Skills in assessing clients in distress and taking appropriate action

• Exempt position with management responsibilities; competitive salary
• 24/7 JCAHO accredited rehabilitation center with potential on-call responsibilities
