✅ Top Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional RN experience (Home Health preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of Illinois
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification
• Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance

• Full-Time | Monday – Friday
• Day Shift Hours
• 1 Weekend Shift per Month
• 2–3 On-Call Days per Month
• 2 Holidays per Year
• This is a Pay Per Visit Position
