Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Philip Health Services is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support safe, respectful care for residents and to help the care team stay informed. This onsite role in Philip, SD works rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) and pays $20.15–$28.80 per hour.

Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and recording vital signs, and completing timely EMR charting to communicate changes and needs.
