Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our growing home care team in Williston, South Carolina. This flexible, per-visit position is ideal for a nurse looking for side work or supplemental income with a supportive agency that values your time and professional expertise.

Position Details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial nurse assessments for new clients
  
  
• Complete follow-up assessments at 30 days, 4 months, and as needed
  
  
• Review care plans and ensure services meet client needs and Medicaid requirements
  
  
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and office staff
  
  
• Document visits accurately in our CareSmart app (training provided)
  
  
• Report any significant changes in client condition
  
  

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
  
  
• Must have reliable transportation and own smartphone
  
  
• Ability to learn and use our mobile care documentation app
  
  
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
  
  
• Home care or community health experience preferred but not required
