Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with residents' individualized care plans.

• Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring compliance with care standards and facility policies.

• Assess residents' conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident education.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive care environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused professional.
