Quality Inspector (Bilingual Hispanic)

Description:Job Summary

As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet our company's high standards of quality. You will conduct inspections, perform tests, and collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams. A Bilingual associate fluent in English and Spanish is highly encouraged to apply to support communication with our partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine product inspections and quality assurance checks
  
• Document and report quality issues clearly and accurately
  
• Communicate with Korean-speaking teams and vendors to resolve quality concerns
  
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Support audits and prepare quality reports as needed
  
• Identify, document, and report non-conformities or defects
  
• Operate and maintain inspection equipment and tools
  
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
  
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts
• Pay $18/Hr

Requirements:Requirements

• Prefer Male applicants preferred for physical job requirements
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in a manufacturing or technical field
• Conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Able to use basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be physically fit and able to work on the production floor
