Experienced Orthodontist Clinical Leader for Growing Concierge Practice (Putnam, CT)


Green Valley Orthodontics (GVO) is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Orthodontist to join our thriving, fee-for-service, concierge orthodontic practice in a long-term leadership role. This is a rare opportunity to be the Head of Clinical Care for our rapidly expanding patient base, with the potential for an equity/ownership track for the right candidate.

We are a modern, high-volume orthodontic practice with a strong reputation, loyal patient base, and a supportive, skilled team. Our practice delivers premium, personalized care we are not insurance-driven, and we tailor every case to achieve the best possible results for our patients. With our upcoming expansion from 5 chairs to 7, we need a confident, skilled orthodontist who can lead our clinical team to the next level of excellence long term.

What Were Looking For:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Orthodontist with 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
  
  
• Expertise in traditional braces (metal & ceramic) and clear aligner therapy (Invisalign experience required)
  
  
• Strong clinical decision-making and treatment planning skills for patients of all ages
  
  
• Ability to mentor and guide clinical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high standards
  
  
• Comfort managing a large and growing patient base with efficiency and excellence
  
  
• Commitment to delivering five-star, concierge-level patient experiences and exceptional treatment outcomes
  
  
• Long-term vision and interest in growing with GVO, with potential to become an equity partner
