CHARGE RN, Ortho Trauma/Neurol Med Surg

POSITION TYPE: Registered Nurse (RN)

SPECIALTY UNIT: Ortho Trauma/Neuro Med Surg CHARGE NURSE

LOCATION: Bradenton, FL

SHIFT: Day/Nights (Rotating Weekends)

PAY RATE: $30/hr-$41/hr Based on Experience

BONUS: Days up to $10K/ Nights up to $15K

RELO. ASST.: Up tp $5K w/HR approval

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

Education:

Nursing Diploma or ASN required, BSN preferred

Licensure:

Current Florida State RN license or compact state RN license 

Current BLS Certification from the American Red Cross (HCA chosen provider) OR American Heart Association is required

Current ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire

Experience:

Minimum one year RN experience 

Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment 

Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.

MUST HAVE MIN 1 year of RN CHARGE acute care experience required.

MUST HAVE 1 year of RN experience preferability in the hospital setting but is open to LTACH, HOME HEALTH, REHAB

Night differential: $4.75

Weekend differentials: $3.00/hr;

National Certification- $2:00

Sign On:  

• $10K- Days 2% is paid out on the 1st/2nd check the balance is paid out in 6 months increments 
• $15K- Nights 2% is paid out on the 1st/2nd check the balance is paid out in 6 months increments
