• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles

• Perform maintenance and service work accurately and efficiently

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

• Follow all safety and operational procedures

• Occasionally travel using company vehicles (as needed)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Contribute to a positive and team-focused shop atmosphere

• 1+ year of experience as an automotive technician

• Valid and insurable driver’s license

• ASE Certifications preferred (but not required)

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

• Familiarity with dealership processes or ability to learn quickly

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A positive attitude and pride in your work
