Join an award-winning, faith-based women's health and aesthetics clinic as we expand to Yakima! We're seeking a compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide high-quality, patient-focused care. Full-time (4 days per week) with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $140,000 to $150,000 / Year. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires.

What we do?

Exceptional Patient Care: We treat the whole patient, focusing on her needs and overall wellness—not just her diagnosis.

One-Stop Solution: Our integrative clinic combines medical, aesthetic, and wellness services under one roof.

Growth & Development: Opportunities to expand into aesthetics, hormone therapy, and weight loss programs.

What's your role?

Provide comprehensive women's health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings

Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing

Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns

Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program, supporting safe and sustainable results

Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans

Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

What benefits can we provide?

Flexible scheduling (4-day workweek available)

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

401(k) with company match up to 4%

Generous PTO plan (with cash-out options after 3 years)

Exclusive perks:

Skin care at cost

Aesthetic allotment for treatments and services

Family & friends discounts

Free or discounted women's health services after 90 days

What we hope you can do?

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic

Education & Experience needed?

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women's health-focused NP or PA programs considered)

Current Washington licensure (PA-C, APRN, RN as applicable)

DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Women's health experience is strongly preferred. However, if you do not currently work in women's health but have prior exposure (such as women's health annual exams, pap smears, or similar services) and are passionate about serving this patient population, we are willing to provide training.
