Pay Rate: $70/hour (includes any on call time for CA, CO communities) and 1.5x overtime

We are seeking an experienced Interim RN Regional Manager to oversee and support 12 assisted living communities across Oregon, California, and Colorado. This is a temporary 30-day leadership contract ideal for a highly organized, multi-site nursing professional who excels at regulatory compliance, team support, and operational oversight. You'll provide on-site visits for 7 Oregon communities and remote/on-call support for 5 additional locations in California and Colorado.

• Oversee and support nursing operations across multiple assisted living communities.
• Conduct community visits (Oregon) and provide virtual/on-call oversight for CA and CO sites.
• Evaluate resident care practices, staff compliance, and clinical documentation.
• Train, guide, and mentor community RNs and caregivers in best practices.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations, licensing standards, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for leadership, families, and staff during the interim period.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure quality care delivery.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be valid in Oregon; multi-state preferred).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior housing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple communities and teams remotely and on-site.
• Strong understanding of state compliance and delegation requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regionally within Oregon for on-site visits (mileage reimbursed if applicable).

• Pay: $70/hour (weekly pay), Overtime 1.5X• Contract Length: 30 days• Schedule: Full-time contract, with travel days and on-call coverage• Locations: On-site in Oregon; remote support for CA & CO communities
