About the Opportunity

Resilience Wellness is expanding our behavioral health team and seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide 100% telehealth services to patients across North Carolina. You will work collaboratively with our Physician Assistant and Clinical Director/Therapist to support patients from a large, established network of primary care and pediatric clinics, as well as individuals outside that system.

Position Highlights:

• Fully Remote: Work from anywhere within the U.S. (must hold a valid NC license)
• Flexible Schedule: 40-hour work week with the option to set hours outside of 8–5
• 100% Telehealth: Deliver virtual sessions using AllScripts EMR
• Strong Referral Base: 95% of patients referred directly from our Primary Care Provider team with full access to medical records
• Comprehensive Support: Backed by a dedicated team including:
• 1 Clinical Director/Therapist, 1 Advanced Practice Provider, 5 Therapists, 2 Practice Managers, 2 Billing & Scheduling Specialists
• IT and credentialing support staff
• One-Hour Patient Visits: Focused time with patients, supported by efficient workflows
• Equipment Provided: All required IT equipment shipped directly to your home office

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with AllScripts EMR
• Credentialed with any major North Carolina insurance company
