Location: Georgia or Florida (State license required)
Schedule:

• 1 3 days/week

• 8 AM 5 PM

• No call, no weekends, no holidays

Setting:

• Outpatient/Vascular Center (Not hospital-affiliated)

Scope of Work:

• Required: Peripheral arteries, PAD

• Preferred: Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)

• Volume: 3 6 procedures/day

• EMR: Omni

Requirements:

• Active GA or FL medical license

• Proven experience in GAE and PAD procedures
