Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support an aftermarket parts division. This role involves packaging and preparing small parts for shipment, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with light-duty tasks in shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable with computer-based tracking and labeling systems.
Responsibilities:
- Package small parts into boxes for shipment to clients.
- Handle FedEx and UPS labeling, shipping, and tracking.
- Perform documentation and data entry using Excel.
- Assist with sorting parts using basic blueprint reading.
- Maintain organized stockroom and inventory areas.
- Support light-duty tasks in the shipping and receiving department.
- Occasionally fill in at the front desk as needed (break coverage, etc.).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
- Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints preferred.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Prior shipping, receiving, or stockroom experience is a plus.
