PRODUCTION LABORER

Monday - Friday

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform physically demanding manual labor in a fast-paced production environment
Operate manual equipment and assist with rubber mat production processes
Roll heavy rubber mats off the production line and perform trimming as needed
Consistently lift up to 50 lbs independently; assist with heavier loads using team lift protocols
Follow all safety procedures and wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support automation processes as implemented

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required
No prior experience necessary—training will be provided
Must be capable of safely lifting 75 lbs to ensure the ability to meet the 50 lb repetitive lifting requirement
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to handle strenuous, repetitive tasks
Willingness to perform hard manual labor in a production setting
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
