Forklift Operator Job Description
LSI Staffing is seeking candidates with forklift experience starting at $18.70/hour - $20.20/hour with overtime hours paying up to $30.30/hour! You can also expect scheduled wage progression   We are looking for candidates that are eager to work and be a part of our winning manufacturing team. We have openings for both day and night shifts with a variety of scheduled days. Plenty of opportunity for VOLUNTARY overtime if you want it!

Wages: $18.70 - $20.20/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, skids, and lifting devices
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials on the production floor
• Supply production areas with materials as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift or material handling experience required
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
