We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Active Kansas state license is required to start the position.
  • BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Candidates with recent graduate status or limited experience will be considered.
  • Experience or comfort working with a predominantly orthopedic caseload and occasional neuro cases.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems. Experience with Prompt EMR is preferred.
  • Ability to work a daytime schedule. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Flex options such as 4x10 are available.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day.
  • Willingness to participate in mentorship and training programs. Relocation candidates are welcome and may be eligible for a relocation bonus.

  • Setting: Outpatient clinic in Great Bend, KS. Clinic is primarily orthopedic (approximately 95%) with occasional neuro cases (approximately 5%).
  • Team: Collaborative small team including 2 PTAs and 1 PT, providing a supportive work environment.
  • Workload: Manageable caseload with flexible scheduling options.
  • EMR: Prompt.
  • Candidate profile: Outgoing personality fits the friendly, laid-back atmosphere of a small Midwest town.
