Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT procedures in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The role includes working with ambulatory and hospital patients to aid in the diagnosis of disease and injury under general supervision of a Radiologist.

Assignment Details:

• Perform CT exams according to established protocols.

• Maintain imaging quality standards and adhere to safety and radiation guidelines.

• Utilize iSTAT testing for creatinine levels as needed.

• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring proper positioning and safety.

• Communicate effectively with patients and families using AIDET principles.

• Maintain documentation, patient records, and departmental equipment.

• Precept new team members and support training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of CT experience.

• Proficient with Siemens CT scanners and Epic EMR.

• Certification: BLS (AHA), ARRT, TMB.

• Must be able to perform procedures on all patient age groups: newborn, pediatric, adult, geriatric.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in emergency department or trauma settings.

• Ability to monitor radiation doses and follow safety protocols.
