CNA Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description:

• Manage the CNA team alongside our CNA Coordinator:
  • Assist with CNA scheduling and on calls
  • Ensuring cares are up to standard among CNA staff.
  • Train/mentor new hires
  • Provide ongoing training as needed
  • Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members
  • Provide operations reports to management as required
  • Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs/availability.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Must have an active UT CNA license
• Adaptable, innovative
• 2+ years of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• High School Diploma
• Solid knowledge of long-term care local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
