Northwest Talent Solutions is leading a confidential search on behalf of a nationally recognized construction firm seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join their project engineering team.

This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of engineering design, field execution, and project delivery with a passion for building safe, high-quality environments.

• Develop budgetary M/E estimates and evaluate mechanical/electrical systems for complex commercial builds.

• Support preconstruction, bidding, and coordination of subcontractor scopes.

• Review design documents, conduct constructability assessments, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

• Partner with project management to develop sequencing plans, commissioning documentation, and performance testing.

• Mentor junior engineers while driving innovation and efficiency in construction processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (required).

• 5+ years of engineering or field construction experience preferred.

• Skilled in M/E estimating, value engineering, and commissioning processes.

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and QA/QC practices.

• Excellent communicator with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
