- Certifications: ARRT CT*, ARRT R, BLS, State licensed
- Skills: Toshiba*
- Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred
- Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Charting: Altera experience preferred, not required
- Local Rule: not accepted
- Return traveler Status: Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler
- Local Radius: RN/LVN: 150 miles, Allied/CNA: 50 miles
- 2 years experience in service line required
- License in hand required with submittal
